With new upright pianos from £1999 and grand pianos from £5999 in our Newcastle, Metro Centre, Gateshead and now Darlington stores, we are delighted to be able to offer a wide range of quality upright and grand pianos, to suit the beginner as well as the more advanced player.

Our piano specialist Paul Donaldson has been involved in the piano business for over 20 years, and has been able to source both new and reconditioned instruments from some of the world’s leading manufacturers, including Irmler pianos by Bluthner, Bentley, Perzina, Kawai, and Yamaha. 

Whilst some companies feature page after page of pianos that are available “to order”, we only list instruments on our website which are actually in stock and available to try. (Occasionally when we’ve sold an instrument and reordered from the manufacturer there could be an exception to this, so please call us first if you’re travelling a long distance).

We are a main dealer for Kawai  pianos, and carry most of their upright range from the entry level K15 up to and including the K6 professional model. We are also a main dealer for Yamaha, Bentley and Perzina.

Our metro centre branch now incorporates its own dedicated acoustic piano department on the first floor, so you can now try an acoustic instrument without the distractions of the activities in the rest of the store and in the Darlington store we have expanded the shop to allow us to display a comprehensive range of both upright and grand pianos.
