Even with the advances in technology and the very high levels of reliability that are now expected, from time to time equipment and instruments need the attention of an expert.

Our service department is now located in the Arcade store, where our engineer has the facilities to repair a wide range of electronic products including televisions, hi-fi, DVD players, keyboards, digital pianos and instrument amplifiers. 

Of course, any warranty work for products purchased from our store is carried out free of charge (if collection is required, a charge may be made). Prices for other repairs and home visits vary, so if you would like to speak to our engineer regarding a possible repair, please telephone between 9.00am and 4.30pm from Monday to Friday.

brass & woodwind repairs

We are able to undertake the repair of most brass and woodwind instruments upon request. Our repairs are usually collected from us on Monday mornings, and returned to us the following week.
