Collect your items in-store - It's free

We offer a Click & Collect in-store option so that you can receive your items on your terms. Perhaps you wont be around for delivery, or want to avoid delivery charges - whatever your reasons, the option is just a click away.

It's simple to use

You've added the items you want to your basket, now all you need to do is checkout. Once you have entered your billing information, you will see an option to have the items delivered to a different address or to collect from one our three stores. By selecting the latter, you will now be able to choose the store you would like to collect from. Complete the checkout process and wait for an email detailing your order information to be sent to the email address you entered. You will receive another email once your order is ready to be collected. Bring this email with you to the selected store, along with some form of ID, and show to a member of staff. You will then be handed your items.


 

When will my item be ready to pick up?

Many of the items we stock are available in all three stores, usually meaning your items will be ready for collection straight away. However, at times stock may only be available at certain stores. You can see which stores currently have stock of an item in the 'Availability' box on the product page. In this instance, we ask that you allow time for the stock to be transferred to your chosen store. During the Christmas period, stock is normally transferred between stores within 2 - 3 days. This can sometimes be quicker, or very occassionaly longer.

If you wish to arrange a specic time for collection, please call the selected store and we will try to accomodate this.


 

What do I do once I'm at the store?

Once you have received an email telling you that your items are ready to be collected, visit the store that you selected, bringing a copy of the email (either printed out or on a phone) and some form of ID with the name used when you ordered. Show these to a member of staff, who will then hand you your items.

If you are making a special trip to pick up your items, please make sure that you have received the second email notifying you that your order is ready for collection. Alternatively, you can call the selected store for an update on your order progress.


 

Can someone else collect my item(s)?

Absolutely. If the person who ordered is not the person who is collecting the items, then please call the selected store, giving the name of the person who will be collecting. This person must then bring ID with the provided name, along with the collection email.
