  • Using the telephone pro-actively to increase the level of sales.
  • Ensuring the store is properly merchandised and ready for business.

  • To have had previous sales experience.
  • To be very comfortable using the telephone.
  • To be proficient using computers (ideally with the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Access)
  • To be a highly motivated individual, able to work on his or her own, and also as part of a team.
  • To be a confident, positive, enthusiastic and outgoing at all times.
  • To be a clear communicator and to have clarity of expression whether dealing with members of the public or members of the JG Windows team.
  • To be available to work 2 - 3 days a week on a flexible rota system including some evenings and usually a Saturday.
