Click & Collect

It's simple

Just choose the Click & Collect option during checkout and select the store you would like to collect from. 

Complete the checkout process and wait for an email confirming your order information.

Now wait for another email saying your order is ready to be collected.

Bring this email with you to the store, along with some form of ID, where one of our staff will help you. In our Newcastle store please go to the ground floor counter.

Please note that we are currently unable to offer Click & Collect for orders placed using PayByFinance.

When will my item be ready to collect?

We aim to have all orders ready for collection within 3 working days.

If it looks like there may be a delay then we will be in touch.

What if I need it sooner?

If you need it for a particular time, then please contact us to check availability.

Can someone else collect my order?

Yes, please call the store to give the name of the person who will be collecting. They must bring their own ID and the collection email.
